Eugene Bartkowiak died September 14, 1989. His sister, Genevieve Ptak, was appointed personal representative. Notice of administration was properly published July 11, 1990. The deadline for filing claims was October 11, 1990. Sun Bank, which had two recorded judgments against Bartkowiak, did not file any claims against the estate until October 1, 1993.
