PER CURIAM.
After remand, pursuant to this court's decision to reverse in part the trial court's order that denied Appellant's motion for post-conviction relief filed pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850, the trial court has submitted to this court "copies of the file and record" in support of its previous order.
