The defendant, Steve Jackson, was charged by bill of information with possession of cocaine. He entered a plea of not guilty and moved to suppress the evidence against him. The trial court denied the motion to suppress. The defendant then entered a plea of guilty, as charged, under the provisions of State v. Crosby, 338 So.2d 584 (La.1986), reserving the right to raise the denial of the motion to suppress...
