Appellant brings this timely appeal from the granting of a summary judgment adverse to her. Appellant brought suit to recover damages for personal injuries. She alleged a cause of action against appellee, Union Pump Company, for personal injuries, which she allegedly sustained as a result of a pump explosion and a fire that occurred on or about September 4, 1989.
