No. 93-662.

635 So.2d 1083 (1994)

Danny Eugene HARRIS, Appellant, v. STATE of Florida, Appellee.

District Court of Appeal of Florida, First District.

May 9, 1994.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Nancy A. Daniels, Public Defender, and Kathleen Stover, Asst. Public Defender, Tallahassee, for appellant.

Robert A. Butterworth, Atty. Gen., and Bradley R. Bischoff, Asst. Atty. Gen., Tallahassee, for appellee.

PER CURIAM.

Danny Eugene Harris appeals his conviction of robbery and an order imposing restitution. We affirm in part and reverse in part.

Appellant contends that the trial judge erred by conducting simultaneous jury selection for appellant's case and an unrelated case involving another defendant. The issues raised by appellant regarding this procedure have been previously rejected by this Court. Rock v. State, 622 So.2d 487
