In this medical malpractice action arising out of the defendants' care of Pamela Thrailkill, we are asked by both parties to review the holding of the Court of Appeals, which upheld the finding of liability and of no reversible error in the conduct of the trial but remitted the jury's verdict of $1,500,000 to $900,000.
