Plaintiff, Frederick John Creppel (Creppel), appeals from the dismissal of his suit against Tidewater Marine Service, Inc., Tidex, Inc., and Twenty Grand Marine Service, Inc. (hereinafter referred to collectively as "defendants"). The issue for review is whether the trial court abused its discretion in dismissing Creppel's suit because of his failure to comply with a discovery order.
