The State appeals from an order of the District Court (Belfast, Staples, J.) suppressing the fruits of a search warrant executed at the Searsport home of defendant Jeffrey P. Perrigo, who stands accused in this proceeding of two counts of unlawfully furnishing scheduled drugs, 17-A M.R.S.A. § 1106 (1983 & Supp.1993).
