J.M. Huber Corporation and Mobil Producing Texas & New Mexico, Inc. appeal from a summary judgment granted in favor of appellee. Mobil brings three points of error, claiming the trial court erred in denying Mobil's special exceptions, in granting appellee's motion for summary judgment, and in denying Mobil's motion for summary judgment.
