BOWEN, Presiding Judge.

This cause was remanded to the circuit court with directions that the appellant be resentenced as a first-time offender for the offense of bringing stolen property into this state. 627 So.2d 1068. On remand the appellant was sentenced to 10 years' imprisonment.

The judgment of the circuit court is affirmed.
