James Soler was charged by bill of information with molestation of a juvenile, (Count 1), in violation of La.R.S. 14:81.2 and with cruelty to a juvenile, (Count 2), in violation of La.R.S. 14:93, involving his stepson. He pled not guilty. After a jury trial, defendant was found guilty of indecent behavior with a juvenile on Count 1 and found guilty as charged on Count 2.
