PER CURIAM.

On February 12, 1993, Frank Williams, Jr. was convicted of capital murder and sentenced to death by lethal injection. He appealed his conviction on March 4, 1993, and was granted a stay of execution on March 29, 1993. The trial court also gave Williams seven months from the conviction judgment to lodge the record which made the record due on September 12, 1993.
