OPINION

DRAUGHN, Justice.

Appellant was charged by information with the misdemeanor offense of driving while intoxicated. The trial court denied appellant's motion to suppress the results of his intoxilyzer test and a videotape of his motor skills exercises. Appellant then entered a plea of nolo contendere pursuant to a plea agreement. The trial court assessed punishment at 180 days in the Harris County Jail probated for two years, a $350.00 fine, 25 hours...
