This is an appeal by Louisiana Power and Light Company, defendant-appellant, from an adverse jury verdict of $225,000, for damages suffered by Jay Ryals, plaintiff-appellee, when his van was rear-ended by an LP & L truck at a red light. Two assignments of error are urged as follows: 1) the award for past and future lost wages of $141,000, was not supported by the evidence, and 2) the award of $30,000, for future medical expenses was similarly...
