Womack-Humphreys Architects, Inc. appeals from a summary judgment granted Vincenzo Barrasso. Appellant sued appellee for breach of an architectural services agreement. Appellee failed to timely answer, and the trial court rendered a default judgment. The trial court granted appellee's motion for new trial and later granted appellee's motion for summary judgment.
