LATTIMORE, Justice.

Appellant, Gary Grounds, appeals from the granting of a motion for "directed verdict" that he take-nothing from appellee Tolar Independent School District ("Tolar I.S.D."). Appellant had sued Tolar I.S.D. for damages resulting from an alleged deprivation of due process. The trial court found that a due process violation had occurred, but found no evidence of damages arising from the failure to give due process. On appeal...
