This case arises out of a two-vehicle accident that occurred on La. Hwy. 7 in Webster Parish, Louisiana, on April 17, 1988. A jury found that the accident was caused solely by the negligence of defendant, Bradley Duke, who was the driver of one of the vehicles. Judgment was rendered in favor of plaintiffs, the Greers, and against defendants, Bradley Duke, Donald Duke, Bradley's father and owner of the truck driven by Bradley, and State Farm, their insurer...
