Bilal Mustafoski appeals his convictions for third-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance (sale of cocaine), AS 11.71.030(a)(1), and third-degree misconduct involving weapons (carrying a concealed firearm), AS 11.61.220(a)(1). We uphold the validity of the search warrant issued for Mustafoski's residence, and we uphold the validity of the indictment against Mustafoski...
