Joan C. Pederson appeals from a judgment entered in the Superior Court (Penobscot County, MacInnes, A.R.J.) affirming the divorce judgment1 entered by the District Court (Bangor, Mead, J.). She contends that there was an unjust division of the marital property as between the parties and that the trial court failed to order the defendant, Everett Pederson, to pay adequate alimony to her.
