The parents of a minor brought suit against Randy and Carolyn Adams and their minor son, Charles, alleging that Charles had sexually abused their child. Count I alleged a negligence count against Charles. Count II alleged negligent supervision by Randy and Carolyn, and Count III alleged negligence against Randy and Carolyn.
