MALONEY, Justice.

Renee Vesecky sued her father, Stephen Fenwick Vesecky, alleging negligence, gross negligence, and invasion of privacy resulting from childhood sexual abuse. At the close of appellant's case, the trial court granted the father's motion for directed verdict and entered judgment.
