Defendants/appellants, Tennessee Rural Health Improvement Association and Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Tennessee (Blue Cross)1, appeal from the trial court's judgment awarding plaintiffs the sum of $2,456.88 under the maternity benefit section of a policy of insurance issued by Blue Cross to plaintiff.
