The defendant UK Optical Ltd. ("UK Optical") moves to dismiss the Complaint as against it for lack of personal jurisdiction, pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(2), and to dismiss the second cause of action in the Complaint alleging violation of the Robinson-Patman Act, 15 U.S.C. § 13, pursuant to Fed.
