This case presents an appeal from the judgment of the Court of the Judiciary that the appellant, Joseph B. Brown, Jr., Judge of the Criminal Court of Shelby County, violated Canons 2A and 3A(3) of the Code of Judicial Conduct, T.C.A. § 17-5-302(3), (8).
