David Fleming appeals after the Superior Court (York County, Delahanty, C.J.) denied his Rule 35 motion for a correction or reduction of his sentence. M.R.Crim.P. 35. Fleming challenges the legality of the imposition of consecutive sentences, and alleges several illegalities in the sentencing process followed by the court.
