This is an appeal from the denial of a motion to suppress as evidence a handgun found when law enforcement officers conducted an inventory search of an automobile in connection with the automobile's impoundment. The impoundment was ordered following the arrest of the driver, Walter Weaver (Weaver) on a Pennsylvania warrant. Weaver contends that the impoundment and inventory of the automobile were unreasonable and violative of his Fourth Amendment rights...
