Lewis and Velma Webster appeal from an order awarding summary judgment to their former attorney, Roger J. Hoopes, individually, and Hoopes & Thomson, Chartered, a partnership. They also appeal from an order and judgment awarding attorney fees and costs to Dale P. Thomson, individually, who was dismissed from the action by the district court prior to the summary judgment motion. For the reasons set forth below, we affirm in part and reverse in part...
