Appellant challenges his convictions after jury trial for robbery with a firearm, two counts of kidnapping with a firearm, and carrying a concealed firearm. We agree with his contention that the trial court erred in denying his motion to suppress tangible evidence and statements obtained as a direct result of his illegal stop and detention. Accordingly, because this evidence was critical in securing appellant's convictions, we must reverse and remand...
