In these consolidated appeals, Defendant Mary Esther Lovato (Mary Esther) appeals from her conviction for possession of heroin and Defendant James Lovato (James) appeals from his convictions for trafficking heroin, conspiracy to commit trafficking, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Both Mary Esther and James raise the following issues on appeal: (1) whether the trial court erred in denying their motion to suppress the evidence...
