PER CURIAM.

Petitioner, Robert Lee Davis, seeks a writ of prohibition directed to the St. Francis County Circuit Court to prevent his trial on two counts of delivery of a controlled substance. The St. Francis County Circuit Court denied petitioner's motion to dismiss the charges on speedy trial grounds, and he now presents his motion to this court pursuant to A.R.Cr.P. Rule 28.1(d).
