OPINION

DRAUGHN, Justice.

Appellant was charged with the felony offense of murder. He entered a plea of not guilty, but the jury found him guilty as charged. The jury assessed punishment at ten (10) years in the Institutional Division of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice. In four points of error, appellant complains of the sufficiency of the evidence to support his conviction, and the State's failure to adequately rebut his assertion of self-defense...
