This matter is before the court on the parties' various post-trial motions. In this case, plaintiff claimed that defendants created a hostile work environment in retaliation for Title VII protected activity. She also claimed that defendants constructively discharged her. The jury found for plaintiff on the former claim but against her on the latter....
