Defendant, Shirley Gordon, and co-defendants Jacob Gordon, Jr., and James Douglas1 were jointly charged by bill of information with possession with intent to distribute cocaine, violations of LSA-R.S. 40:967A. Defendant and co-defendant Jacob Gordon, Jr., were jointly tried by jury, and both were found guilty as charged. The trial court sentenced defendant to imprisonment at hard labor for five years with credit for time...
