Vickey Wyatt, individually and as next friend of her daughter, Amber Barger, appeals the trial court's grant of summary judgment for The Kroger Company (Kroger). Appellant sued Kroger after she and her daughter witnessed an act of indecent exposure at a Kroger grocery store on October 23, 1992.
