PER CURIAM:

Ernest Wayne Jennings appeals his conviction, following a jury trial, of involuntary manslaughter, § 565.024, RSMo 19861, and armed criminal action, § 571.015. Mr. Jennings was sentenced to seven years imprisonment on the involuntary manslaughter charge and four years imprisonment on the armed criminal action charge, with the sentences to run concurrently.
