A hearing panel of the Supreme Court Grievance Committee unanimously approved the findings of fact of a hearing board and its recommendation that the respondent1 be disbarred and assessed costs. Neither the assistant disciplinary counsel nor the respondent has excepted to the panel's action.2 We accept the panel's recommendation.
