Joel Dudek ("Dudek") has tendered a motion seeking the reduction of his sentence under 18 U.S.C. § 3582(c)(2). To that end Dudek's able counsel seeks to parlay (1) the retroactive amendment to the Sentencing Guidelines ("Guidelines") dealing with LSD-related offenses (Guidelines §§ 2D1.1(c) and 1B1.10) with (2) our Court of Appeals' opinion in United States v.
