The plaintiffs below, Michael and Jacquelyn Sharp, appeal a judgment in favor of LaBrec, Inc. and its successor, Contractors United, Inc., in the Sharps' action for personal injuries sustained by Michael Sharp on May 22, 1990, when an eleven-ton boiler, which was being lifted from the Parkside Elementary School in Columbus, Indiana by a crane operated by LaBrec moved into him.
