Dobbs on thirty-three counts of mail fraud for his part in an elaborate scheme that defrauded Union Camp Corporation of $200,000 by falsifying lumber truck delivery weights. Dobbs was sentenced in 1992 to concurrent terms of thirty months' incarceration on each count, to be followed by three years' supervised release.
