Appellant Tillie Grappo ("Grappo") owned two parcels of real estate, Lots 6 and 7, Millcreek Estates, Washoe County, Nevada. According to undisputed testimony at trial, Grappo attempted to shift the common boundary of these lots by causing to be recorded a Record of Survey.
