Appellant/cross-appellee John Allen McNair, Jr., filed a complaint in the Circuit Court on January 9, 1990, seeking to replevy a 1987 Chevy Blazer. On January 8, a Bill of Sale had been executed by his daughter whereby she transferred her interest in the Blazer to John McNair. In reality, she had none and did not supply a title. On January 9, an Affidavit for Delivery and an Order of Delivery were filed seeking immediate possession...
