WARREN, Presiding Judge.

In this legal malpractice action, plaintiffs appeal a judgment dismissing their sixth amended complaint for failure to state a claim.1 ORCP 21A(8). We reverse.

In reviewing the granting of a motion to dismiss for failure to state a claim, we assume the truth of all allegations, as well as any inferences that may be drawn from them. Oksenholt v. Lederle Laboratories, 294 Or. 213
