Respondent, James Smak, appeals from the dismissal, pursuant to section 2-615 of the Code of Civil Procedure (735 ILCS 5/2-615 (West 1992)), of his petition for reimbursement of child support. Respondent's petition sought reimbursement from petitioner in the amount of $12,077, for sums he had paid to petitioner for child support, attorney fees, and related expenses incurred following the entry of a judgment of dissolution...
