Howard W. Elsberry1 brought suit against Boulevard Motors, Inc. (Boulevard) for breach of contract and fraud. The jury found in favor of Elsberry and awarded him $50,000. Boulevard now appeals alleging: (1) Elsberry failed to make a submissible case for either breach of contract or fraud, and (2) the trial court erred by not remitting the jury's verdict to $26,410. We affirm.
