Appellant Vacation Village, Inc. negotiated the purchase of telephone equipment manufactured by respondent and supplied through a third-party distributor. Then it assigned its right to purchase the equipment to General Electric Capital Corporation (GECC), from whom Vacation Village had an agreement to lease the equipment.
