Daniel L. Bedker, Jr., appeals his conviction and exceptional sentence on one count of first degree statutory rape and one count of first degree rape of a child for incidents involving his younger half brother. Bedker claims on appeal that (1) the child victim's prior consistent statements were cumulative and unduly prejudicial, and (2) the reasons for imposing an exceptional sentence are not supported by the record and are not sufficiently substantial...
