On June 28, 1993, the Jefferson Parish District Attorney charged defendant, Kenneth Craft, by bill of information with distribution of cocaine under LSA-R.S. 40:967 A. The case was assigned district court case number 93-3328. Defendant was arraigned on August 26, 1993, and pled not guilty. On October 20, 1993, defendant withdrew his former plea of not guilty.
