Karrie Sue Mason was seventeen years old when she was charged as an adult in Stephens County District Court, Case No. CRF-91-55, with First Degree Manslaughter (21 O.S. 1991, § 711.1). The trial judge denied her motion for certification as a child and bound her over for trial. See 10 O.S.Supp. 1989, § 1104.2(C).
