GOLDEN, Justice.

Following a jury conviction for two felony charges of delivery of marijuana within five hundred feet of a public school to an individual under the age of eighteen years, appellant Sabino Lobatos was sentenced to concurrent terms of two to four years in the Wyoming State Penitentiary, fined $1,000, and ordered to compensate the Victim's Compensation Fund. Appellant alleges constitutional rights violations and insufficient evidence require a reversal...
