Deien Chevrolet, Inc. (plaintiff), brought this action against the Reynolds and Reynolds Company (Reynolds) and John M. Lee, II, an employee of Reynolds, for fraud in inducing plaintiff to lease a computer system from Reynolds and for forgery.
